- Declining physical conditions
- Patients seeking symptom management over curative treatment
- Patients who forego extreme life-sustaining treatment

C’est La Vie Palliative & Hospice Care services are covered at 100% by:
- Medicare
- Medicaid
- Insurance
- Private Pay
- Non Funded
- Veteran Benefits
Referrals to Hospice should not be delayed due to financial concerns.
